Alia Bhatt has been on a roll as she continues to shine bright by delivering back-to-back hits. Not only commercially but the actress’s talent has been acknowledged time and again, and rightly so! She, in the past couple of years, collaborated with several renowned directors including Sanjay Leela Bhansali for Gangubai Kathiawadi and SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus RRR. While working with the Baahubali director, the versatile actress received career advice from him which she recently shared during a public appearance.

As Alia Bhatt spoke to Forbes, she revealed how a piece of advice from SS Rajamouli helped her gain love and respect from her audience. The Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani said, “Very early on in my career, my goal was to be the most loved person in the world, especially for the movies that I do and the characters I play. He said, there is no formula, he said to do anything with love. ‘Even if the film doesn’t work, the love in your eyes will connect with the audience and eventually that is what you look for is to build a one-on-one relationship with your audience.”

In SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus RRR , Alia Bhatt played Sita, the fiancée of Ram Charan’s character. Apart from Alia and Ram Charan, the film also featured Jr NTR in the lead role. Notably, RRR is all set to be screened in Japan once again on March 18.

Coming back to Alia Bhatt, the Darlings actress is all geared up for the release of her upcoming film Jigra. She produced the film along with Karan Johar. Directed by Vasan Bala, the film also features Vedang Raina. It is slated to release on September 27, 2024. In addition to Jigra, she has also been roped in for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love and War alongside Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal. Recently, Alia has also been reported to play a lead role in the upcoming YRF Spy Universe film along with Sharvari Wagh.
