The Kapil Sharma show, which had topped the last week, has dropped to the second position and has been replaced by Khatron Ke Khiladi 9.

The BARC TRP ratings for second week of 2019 were released on Thursday and hold a surprising revelation. The return of Kapil Sharma to the small screen with his show The Kapil Sharma Show had his loyalists hooked to the television screen. Kapil's show has consistently been the choice of people. The popularity of this show can only be estimated by the fact that the Salman Khan episode was seen by 9.1 million people.

But while last week Kapil Sharma's comeback show was on top, this week the show has dropped down to the second position with a total of 9119 impressions.

Leading the top position is Rohit Shetty's Khatron Ke Khiladi 9 Jigar Pe Trigger with over 9761 impressions. With its thrilling tasks and impressive choice of contestants, the show has is ahead in the game.

Rohit Shetty took to Instagram to share the news and thank his fans. He wrote, "Khatron Ke Khiladi becomes the highest rated show on Indian Television. Thank you for all the Love."
