Ranbir Kapoor stalls shoot for injured make-up man

New Delhi: Bollywood heartthrob Ranbir Kapoor, who usually grabs headlines either for his films, link-ups or brand endorsements, recently showcased his caring side when his make-up man got injured. While shooting for Karan Johar’s upcoming film Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani in Manali, Ranbir’s make-up man Hemant Naik got injured. “While shooting in Manali on a windy day, the reflector fell. Incidentally, Ranbir’s make-up man was standing right there to take the blow. He started bleeding immediately,” said a source. When he was being taken to the hospital, Ranbir insisted on going along. The actor took him in the productions’ car and stayed with him until his stitches were done. “Only when the doctor said that he will be fine by the evening and can be discharged then did Ranbir return to the sets to resume his shoot,” added the source. Naik and other crew members were touched by this gesture of his.
