Ranbir Kapoor is all set to prove his acting prowess once again with his upcoming film Animal which is slated to release on December 1. Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Animal is generating a lot of buzz for its stellar cast and intriguing storyline. As the audience awaits the release of the upcoming film, the talented actor shares details about the character that he has played in the film. Describing his character as complex and multi-dimensional, Ranbir Kapoor assured that his role in the film would be slightly different from the conventional. Explaining that his decision to do _Animal_ is a chance to explore new dimensions in his acting journey, Ranbir called his character “multi-dimensional and complex.” He said, “My character in Animal does possess some of the traits typically associated with Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s protagonists. He is indeed tough and uncompromising in certain aspects.” Adding that he chose Animal because of the script of the film, Ranbir said, “I was really drawn to the script of Animal. It’s a unique and intense story that immediately caught my attention. As for watching Arjun Reddy or Kabir Singh, I must admit that I did watch both films and found them to be incredibly powerful and impactful. However, my decision to accept Animal was not solely based on those films.” The most anticipated film of the year, Animal will feature Ranbir playing the doting son of Anil Kapoor . Rashmika Mandanna, meanwhile, will be playing the love interest of the protagonist whereas Bobby Deol will entertain the masses in his role as antagonist. Speaking about the impact that the film will create, Ranbir highlighted that the crime thriller will keep the viewers captivated as it is gripping and intense. He said, “It explores the complexities of life and the choices we make, with a narrative that keeps you on the edge of your seat.” Needless to mention, Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal will clash with Meghna Gulzar’s ‘Sam Bahadur’. The film will feature Vicky Kaushal, Sanya Malhotra, and Fatima Sana Shaikh in the lead roles.
