Rajeev Khandelwal injured in car accident

Actor Rajeev Khandelwal was injured in a car accident and was rushed to a hospital on Sunday afternoon. According to an Indian Express report, the actor was returning in his SUV after attending a promotional event for his film Samrat & Co at Water Kingdom near Gorai in suburban Mumbai. That is when another vehicle crashed into his car, which then hit a tree. Khandelwal suffered an injury on his right arm and has been prescribed three weeks’ rest. According to a ZEE report, he is currently recuperating at a city hospital. TOI spoke to Khandelwal after the accident and the actor said, “I didn’t know what happened since I was sitting in the back seat talking on the phone.
