On Saturday, a special screening was held for Vicky Kaushal-starrer, _Uri: The Surgical Strike_ in Mumbai. Many Bollywood celebrities were present during the screening to show support for the film. Apart from Ranveer Singh, Rohit Shetty, Varun Dhawan and Katrina Kaif, South Indian actress Priya Prakash Varrier was also seen during the screening. Priya Prakash Varrier had become an overnight sensation with her wink game. The actress earned massive popularity for her song Manikya Malaraya Poovi from the Malayalam film Oru Ardaar Love. The songs revolved around teenagers falling in love at school. During the Uri screening, Varrier clicked pictures with Vicky Kaushal and Ranveer Singh. Priya went on to recreate her wink scene with Kaushal, and the video is going viral on social media.
While Kaushal and Singh will be playing major roles in the upcoming film Takht, Varrier’s pictures are making netizens speculate about her part in the film. According to Mid-day, Karan Johar had approached her for a film. As of now, apart from Ranveer Singh and Vicky Kaushal, Takht also features Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt, Bhumi Pednekar, Janhvi Kapoor and Anil Kapoor.
