Prabhas is celebrating his 44th birthday today, October 23. On the special occasion, Rishab Shetty has shared a special wish for the Baahubali actor. The Kantara star shared a special birthday poster from his forthcoming action entertainer, Salaar where the birthday star can be seen in a fierce avatar with a sword in his hand. Up next, Prabhas will be seen in an action-packed role in Prashanth Neel’s directorial Salaar Part 1: Ceasefire. Aside from him, the highly-awaited venture enjoys an ensemble cast with Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, Jagapathi Babu, Easwari Rao, Tinnu Anand, and Brahmaji.

Backed by Vijay Kiragandur under the banner of Hombale Films, Salaar Part 1: Ceasefire is slated to reach the big screens on December 22nd this year.

Additionally, Prabhas will also front, Nag Ashwin’s _Kalki 2898 AD_. The science fiction drama will also see Kamal Haasan, Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, and Disha Patan in crucial roles. Financed by C. Aswani Dutt under the banner of Vyjayanthi Films, Salaar has faced multiple delays till now. As per the latest update, the movie will be released in cinema halls across the globe on 22 December 2023. It will be clashing at the box office with Shah Rukh Khan’s Dunki.

On the other hand, Rishab Shetty is occupied with the sequel of the much-acclaimed film Kantara, Kantara 2 at the moment. The second installment of the Sandalwood flick will also star Urvashi Rautela, Kishore, and Achyuth Kumar in significant roles. While not much is known about Kantara 2, the movie is expected to release next year in 2024.
