Tollywood star Prabhas is all set to join an exclusive global club as his wax statue will soon be unveiled at Madame Tussauds. Prabhas’ Baahubali director SS Rajamouli made the announcement on Twitter on Saturday, 1 October. He said:

First South Indian to be honoured thus.
The statue will be unvieled at Bangkok in March 2017 and subsequently will be toured all over the world.

Prabhas is among the leading stars in the South film industry. The blockbuster success of Baahubali, however, has propelled his stardom to even greater heights. As per an International Business Times report, his wax statue at Madame Tussaud’s will be ‘in character’ as Amarendra from Baahubali. A spokesperson for Baahubali, the film, tweeted:
