Working in Bollywood an education in itself, says Fawad Khan

Mumbai: For Pakistani actor Fawad Khan, working in the Hindi film industry is like an “education in itself” as he feels that Bollywood has mastered the art of story-telling. The Pakistani icon is making his Bollywood debut with the film “Khoobsurat”  opposite Sonam Kapoor. [caption id=“attachment_1641497” align=“alignleft” width=“380”] Fawad Khan[/caption] “The amount of experience that India has in film-making, for me it is an education to understand how systems work because we are re-packaging our industry and it would be a valuable contribution,” said the actor, who featured in the critically acclaimed Pakistani film “Khuda Kay Liye”. “I am actually able to take back my learnings and incorporate them in some way or the other back at home as well,” he said in an interview. “Khoobsurat” has been produced by Sonam Kapoor’s sister Rhea Kapoor and is directed by Shashanka Ghosh. The success of the film, which also stars Kirron Kher and Ratna Pathak Shah, will be known when it hits cinemas on 19 September. Fawad, on the other hand, has already gained popularity in India thanks to his hit TV show “Zindagi Gulzar Hai”. IANS
