Mumbai: Actor Vivek Oberoi was blessed with a baby girl on the auspicious occasion of Akshay Tritiya on Tuesday. “We are happy to announce the birth of our baby girl. Our family is now complete. Daughters are very special and Priyanka and I are so incredibly happy to welcome our baby girl into the world today. Both mother and the baby are doing fine and I’d like to thank everyone for their wishes,” Vivek said in a statement. This is the Oberois’ second child, after their two-and-a-half-year-old Vivaan Veer. According to this Mumbai Mirror report, Vivek Oberoi returned from Germany on April 19, just in time for the delivery, which was delayed by 2 weeks. “Finally, my daughter was born on the auspicious day of Akshay Tritiya, I couldn’t be happier,” he said, adding, “Both the mother and daughter are healthy and well.” With Inputs from IANS
