On Air With AIB episode 'Chaddi Chor' focuses on hilarious smuggling incidents
The 'Chaddi Chor' episode of On Air With AIB dealt with cases where underwear was used to smuggle goods
The eight episode of On Air With AIB Season 2 hilariously dealt with cases where Indians have smuggled goods by hiding them in their underwear.
Comedians Rohan Joshi and Gursimran Khamba began the newly introduced segment 'Can You Not' with the story of a Gujarati businessman caught at the airport trying to smuggle 120 pieces of diamonds by wearing them as a necklace. This episode saw a lot of jokes on Gujarat, Gujaratis and their tendency to hoard gold.
They also spoke about two bizarre cases; one where a man smuggled gold in his rectum and another where Indians and Pakistanis were carrying gold in their underwear. They cracked a joke about how when a friend says "Shove it up your ass!", you should not take them seriously. They also used a creative punchline involving Indo-Pak relations and world peace. "Jab Aman and Asha dono ke chaddi mein sona hai, who can stop world peace?
They talked about how smuggling occurs not just at airports, and it is not just gold or diamonds that are smuggled, citing an incident where a passenger was found carrying a loris in their underwear.
The comedians prided themselves in speaking so much about gold and not cracking a single joke on Bappi Lahiri, claiming that they deserve a gold medal for it. "Too late, Bappi Lahiri already took it," Joshi said.
