Apart from the teaser, a still featuring Varun Dhawan has also surfaced on social media. Dressed in a blue warm coat, he looks at something in the distance. Earlier a photograph of the Judwaa 2 actor was released by the makers, in which he was seen running amok.

Everything in the teaser hints at the title of the film: October. From the blue-toned frame to the leafless trees that Dhawan stands against, each frame reflects a delicate yet intense story. Sandhu, who is making her Bollywood debut with the film, looks out of the window ruminatively. Although the faces of the actors aren't shown fully in the video, it still manages to intrigue and leave you with more questions than answers. Overall, it looks like the film will take the viewers on an intimate journey about love and relationships.

AR Rahman and Komail Shayan are producing the score for this Rising Sun Films production. October is slated to release on 13 April, 2018.
