Not rumours after all: Shahid Kapoor confirms December wedding but who's the girl?

Last night, at HT Style Awards, Shahid Kapoor confirmed media reports that he is getting married. The actor told India Today that a December wedding is on the cards but was tight-lipped about the identity of his bride-to-be. Please co-operate with me, I will let you know about everything soon.” While Kapoor didn’t delve into details, if media reports are to be trusted, the actor is all set to tie the knot with a Delhi girl called Mira Rajput. Rajput is neither an actress nor from a filmy family. Reportedly , at present she is completing her 3rd year English Honours degree at Lady Sri Ram College for Women. Rajput is 23-years-old and had met Kapoor through the religious group, Radha Soami Satsang Beas_._ Kapoor reportedly had paid a visit to Rajput’s Chattarpur residence along with his dad, Pankaj Kapoor recently. However, while reports have been speculating that Rajput is indeed the girl Kapoor is marrying, her friend had denied it and said that they are ‘just family friends’. (Read the full report here). The actor had said," I have dated actresses in the past and now I would want to date somebody who is not from the same profession." Over the years, Kapoor has been linked to many of his co-stars. The last actress he was linked with was his R…Rajkumar co-star, Sonakshi Sinha. Kapoor was also linked to Vidya Balan during the shoot of Kismat Konnection. Perhaps the most widely-known detail of Kapoor’s past love life is his three-year-long relationship with actress Kareena Kapoor. When the two parted ways in 2007, the break-up was extensively reported by the media. After that, he briefly dated Priyanka Chopra during the shoot of Teri Meri Kahaani.
