Former Nickelodeon actor Tylor Chase, best known for his role as Martin Qwerly on Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide (2004–2007), has been spotted living on the streets of Riverside, California, in a viral video that has sparked widespread concern online. The footage, which circulated on TikTok and other social media platforms, shows the 36‑year‑old in a visibly dishevelled state, prompting fans and former colleagues to react with shock and sympathy.

Following the video’s spread online, a GoFundMe campaign was set up to assist Chase, raising over 1,200 USD. However, the fundraiser was later shut down at the request of his mother, who stated that he needs medical help rather than financial support, as he reportedly struggles with managing money and medications.

Chase’s former Ned’s Declassified co‑stars, including Devon Werkheiser, Lindsey Shaw, and Daniel Curtis Lee, addressed the situation on their podcast. They have spoken about their concern and committed to helping him find a better path, stressing that his well‑being is the priority over any publicity or appearances.

The incident has reignited broader conversations about the long‑term effects of early fame on child actors, particularly in relation to mental health, financial stability, and the transition to adulthood after leaving the spotlight.
