In India, the mother is considered to a goddess and a symbol of selfless love. However, an Instagram account, under the username “sassy mom", recently sparked outrage for its inappropriate content. Allegedly operated by a stepmother, the account features videos of her interactions with her son, which are inappropriate and got slammed by social media users for the unacceptable behaviour between a parent and child.

Netizens have expressed disgust and anger for tarnishing the sacred bond between mother and a son. While one user wrote, “Banned her channel. She is a poison for our society. Maa ke naam par kalank hai,” another commented, “There is a disgrace in the name of mother.”
