Shah Rukh Khan’s elder son Aryan Khan’s directorial debut, The Ba***ds Of Bollywood, premiered yesterday on Netflix and garnered reviews from critics and audiences. However, social media noticed Aryan’s not-so-subtle dig at Sameer Wankhede in the very first episode of the show, where a loud episode steps out of the police jeep, rants about the war against drugs and labels the entertainment industry as a part of the drug problem. He claims to be part of the ‘war against drugs’ and ‘NCG’, and right from his lean physique to attire, the actor looks like Wankhede.
Netizens made out that similarities as one user commented, “Aryan khan roasted Sameer wankhede #TheBadsofBollywood,” while another wrote, “Bro #AaryanKhan literally roasted the life out of Sameer Wankhede😭The actor who portrays him also looks a bit like him. Crazy LOL.”

For the unversed, Sameer was a part of the search team in 2021, which arrested SRK’s son Aryan Khan.
Wankhede made news when he was heading the Narcotics Control Bureau’s Mumbai zone two years back. Around that time, the ex-NCB Zonal Director handled some high-profile incidents including the alleged drug seizure case involving Aryan Khan.
