WATCH: Vivek Agnihotri rolls his eyes as Karan Johar accepts National Film Award for 'Shershaah'

Filmmaker Karan Johar recently flew to Delhi to accept the National Award for producing Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani starrer Shershaah. The movie bagged the Special Jury Award at the 69th National Film Award. However, something very interesting was captured by the camera as the Dharma head came to receive the prestigious award. Another notable filmmaker, Vivek Agnihotri was also present at the ceremony.  The Kashmir Files director was seen rolling his eyes as KJo walked on the stage to receive the National Award. While Karan Johar was making his way, Vivek Agnihotri looked away from the stage and was even caught rolling his eyes. While celebs such as Alia Bhatt, Kriti Sanon, Waheeda Rehman and Pallavi Joshi feature in these stills, it seems like he had cropped Karan Johar from the pics. Sharing the photographs on the micro-blogging site, the director wrote, “Such talent. In fact, Vivek Agnihotri blamed Karan Johar and Shah Rukh Khan for ‘damaging India’s cultural fabric’ during an interaction with DNA. He said that post the advent of Amitabh Bachchan as a superstar from Shehanshah, Bollywood has failed to tell real stories. The filmmaker added that the projects made by Karan Johar and Shah Rukh Khan have especially damaged the cultural fabric of India in a very disastrous way. Neither Karan Johor nor Shah Rukh Khan have reacted to the allegations. The project managed to garner a lot of praise from the audience.   During a recent conversation with Pinkvilla, KJo also confirmed the third installment of the Dulhania franchise, Dulhania 3 starring Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt.
