Namit has been steadily ascending the ranks of the global film industry with his foray into production, The Garfield Movie starring Chris Pratt being his next production. It is a massive deal for any Indian to have their name emblazoned on the opening slate of any Hollywood project and, Namit is certainly pinning India on the real global map.
The makers recently announced Varun Sharma as the Hindi voice for Garfield. Now, they’ve shared an interesting video where Chris Pratt is seen introducing Varun Sharma as the voice of Garfield!
This time around Garfield, the world-famous, Monday-hating, lasagna-loving indoor cat, is about to have a wild outdoor adventure! After an unexpected reunion with his long-lost father – scruffy street cat Vic – Garfield and his canine friend Odie are forced from their perfectly pampered life into joining Vic in a hilarious, high-stakes heist.
Sony Pictures Entertainment India releases ‘The Garfield Movie’ exclusively in cinemas on 17th May 2024 in English, Hindi and Tamil, also in 3D.
