Mubarakan new poster: Anil Kapoor introduces the whole family of Anees Bazmi's potboiler

The makers of Mubarakan have released a new poster of the film in the run up to its release. It is the first poster that gives us a glimpse of the whole cast of the film. The poster was introduced on Twitter by Anil Kapoor, who stars in the film alongside Arjun Kapoor, Ileana D'Cruz and Athiya Shetty. Here's the tweet:

The poster features actors Pawan Malhotra, Ratna Pathak Shah, Rahul Dev, Karan Kundra, Gurpal Singh and Lalit Parimoo. With such fine actors on board and Anil's infectious energy amping up the story even more, Mubarakan looks like a fun potboiler, with ample doses of situational comedy.

Arjun plays a double-role in the film and Anil plays his uncle. D'Cruz and Shetty play Arjun's love interests. Arjun's dual character will probably create a lot of comic chaos in the in the film. This is not the first time though, that the actor is doing a dual role.

Having done a double role in Aurangzeb previously, Kapoor had mentioned earlier that the experience was quite different this time given that the two characters had to share the frame in most of the scenes and the fact that there was an ensemble cast along with him.

Mubarakan releases on 28 July.
