After MSG: The Messenger and MSG-2: The Messenger, Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Insaan is back headlining a new film.

This one is called MSG The Warrior — Lionheart and has its hero (and also scriptwriter, director, dialogue writer, costume and prop designer, playback singer, VFX supervisor etc) battling not social evils, but evil from a whole other dimension.

The official trailer for MSG The Warrior — Lionheart was released online on Tuesday, 6 September. At nearly three-and-a-half minutes long, the trailer pretty much lays out all the higlights from the film.

Briefly, they are thus:

Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Insaan aka the Lionheart Warrior is a 'top secret spy'. He is pretty much invincible, as we see when he blows up a whole lot of cars and a fortress, all with one shot from his weapons.

We are shown that this top secret spy is also the guardian of planet earth. And he performs all his missions with an ease James Bond would envy, if not his style.

He also has gadgets any spy would love to get his/her hands on.

Note the button? It helps his sword fly high in the air, and then convert into a shiny object that Lionheart can tuck into his wristband.

As for his spear/scythe/gun, that converts into a pair of sunglasses that Lionheart then puts on with all the panache of a Rajinikanth.

But such feats of invincibility are bound to get you the wrong kind of attention.

In a galaxy far, far away, a bunch of extra-terrestrials (who take their style cues from Ramanan Sagar's mythological offerings for the small screen) vow that they will bring down this too-good-to-be-true warrior.

That's their leader:

They then do a wild jig to flashing lights as they prepare for their takedown of the Lionheart Warrior.

Lionheart Warrior in the meantime, suddenly seems to have done a bit of time travel. We see him no longer as a top secret spy, but as a rajah of yore, peaceably prancing on horses and showing us the contents of his wardrobe.

And the contents of his treasury:

But trouble is lurking round the corner, and it attacks in the form of this force of alien baddies.

Scary stuff. Then they hit Lionheart with all the power they have in their alien weapons. But he just smiles through it all.

Lest you think that Lionheart is all about getting the job done, the trailer takes a quick detour here to give us a glimpse into his personal life. We see that he is married to a pretty princess who spends her free time pressing his feet and pouting dolefully over whether or not he misses her when he's on his top secret missions. Lionheart tells her in no uncertain terms that his work will always be his 'first love'.

No sooner is that domestic crisis past, than Lionheart is faced with another problem. The entire populace of a nearby kingdom has been struck by a fit of madness.

Could the evil extra terrestrials be up to their tricks once again?

Turns out they are, and they plan to strike this town when none of its denizens are in fighting shape. Lionheart then has a moment of doubt: How will he fight their much advanced technology, how will he travel several light years ahead to get to where they are in terms of gadgets and weaponry? His guru then advises him, if you can't travel forward in time, then you must travel back in time.

So that's just what Lionheart does.

Next we see him wrestling some monsters.

Next we see him decimating some UFOs.

Next we see him do a victory walk.

Next we see him take down a UFO in hand-to-hand combat (or lighting-ray-to-lightning-ray).

Next we see him on the end credits.

The end.

Watch the exploits of MSG The Warrior — Lionheart here. Because they must be witnessed firsthand.
