Los Angeles: Pop singer Miley Cyrus has topped a list of worst dressed celebrities of 2013 by Time magazine. Reality TV star Kim Kardashian takes the second spot on the list. Kardashian features on the list for struggling to dress her baby bump, while actress Anne Hathaway came in third place for wearing a pale pink Prada dress to the Oscars ceremony earlier this year.
