New Delhi: Hindi entertainer Mastram, about a porn writer from the country’s northern region, managed to collect over Rs.3 crore in three days of its release despite being made on a budget of merely Rs 75 lakh. The Mastram trailer, which released 14 Feb, had garnered over 16 lakh hits on the video sharing website YouTube in two months itself. Directed by debutant Akhilesh Jaiswal, popular as the screenwriter for Anurag Kashyap’s 2012 release Gangs of Wasseypur, the movie is a production by Bohra Bros. It features Kapil Dubey, Rahul Bagga and newcomer Tara Alisha Berry. IANS
