Popular designer and daughter of veteran actress Neena Gupta just proved that there is much power in dignity than aggression, at least when it comes to tackling social media trolling. Recently when the 28-year old took a supportive stand on the Delhi firecrackers ban, she was inundated with hate messages, trolls, offensive abuses etc. Unlike most, she decided to take a rather dignified stand against all the lashing and bashing. And to a great extent, it made sense. On 11 October, Masaba cheered at SC decision and retweeted “Yes” at NDTV journalist Nidhi Razdan’s tweet of the development. A specimen of that profanity is: “@MasabaG please go back to your Father*&^% so that you can avoid Deepawali. And ya stop using F***ing AC to save environment.Thanks in advance.” But Masaba was quick enough to shut all her haters, and man how! Really impressive. Masaba tweeted:

Author and columnist Chetan Bhagat gave some piece of advice to Masaba and told her to learn from him how to handle trolls.

Masaba is the daughter of Neena Gupta and legendary cricketer Viv Richards, who had her out of wedlock.
