Shakti Kapoor was reportedly attacked while shooting for a film in Kanpur. The actor got seriously injured and was rushed to a hospital after a man split his earlobe into two. Shakti Kapoor confirmed the report to

After the wrap up, Shakti Kapoor went to greet his fans and a man amid that crowd tried to snatch the ear ring the actor was wearing. In the process, he slit Kapoor’s ear lobe. The unit immediately took him to a clinic and gave him all the medical attention he required. The incident took place about a week ago. The actor was shooting for Ekta Kapoor’s film Kyaa Kool Hain Hum 3. Shakti, 56, is known for his villainous as well as comical roles in Hindi filmdom, of which he has been part of for over three decades. He’s one of the few Bollywood actors who played the stereotype Bollywood negative roles with a comic touch with equal finesse.
