'M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story' will reportedly reveal details of MSD's past relationship

Mahendra Singh Dhoni fans have something interesting to look forward to from the upcoming biopic on the Indian cricket captain’s life. Among the many untold stories that the film will disclose, will be the story of Dhoni’s past love life. Dhoni: The Untold Story, will delve into Dhoni’s tragic love story, which reportedly unfolded as he was aspiring to play for the Indian cricket team. The Times of India reports that before his wife Sakshi came into Dhoni’s life, he was in love with a girl named Priyanka Jha and believed that she would be his life partner. But all dreams of togetherness came to an end when she died in a car accident. The Ranchi boy was broken after the incident and took almost a year to come to terms with his loss. In 2010, he married his childhood friend Sakshi Singh Rawat and now they have a daughter named Ziva. While Dhoni’s character in the film will be played by Sushant Singh Rajput, Kiara Advani will don Sakshi’s role and Priyanka Jha will be portrayed by Disha Patani. Anupam Kher will also be seen in the film as Dhoni’s father. MS Dhoni: The Untold Story will release on 30 September.
