Close family sources have recently confirmed that the parents of late Punjabi singer Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu, popularly known as Sidhu Moosewala, are expecting a new addition to the family. If reports are to be believed, the late Punjabi singer’s mother Charan Kaur is pregnant and is expected to deliver the child in March this year. While the family is yet to react to the news, the singer’s uncle Chamkaur Singh has reportedly confirmed the same.
As per reports, the family resorted to the Vitro Fertilization (IVF) technique to conceive the baby. After the tragic demise of Sidhu Moosewala , who was the only child of his parents, the elderly couple was left alone. In such a situation, it seems like they are once again preparing to embrace parenthood. For similar reasons, she has been taking rest and has not come out in the last few months. She has been also kept under medical observation and the results are positive.
According to reports, Sidhu Moosewala’s mother is 58, while his father is 60. The late singer earlier contested elections from Mansa in 2022 on a Congress ticket. At that time, his mother also filed an affidavit as a covering candidate.
Sidhu Moosewala ’s demise
Quite popular among the youth in India, especially in Punjab, the singer-rapper was shot dead on 29 May 2022 after his car was ambushed by a group of unidentified gunmen. His death was linked to gang rivalry in the state. His demise left fans in anguish and a deep state of mourning. Her parents were deeply affected, with his mother inconsolably crying and demanding justice for her son. At that time, she also revealed that it was her last wish to see her son getting married and that the family was preparing for it.
