Lakme Fashion Week: Rajkummar Rao turns showstopper for a reputed clothing brand

Lakme Fashion Week held this year saw several who’s who from Bollywood walking the ramp. Adding to the list, the Roohi actor Rajkummar Rao was also seen gracing the ramp during the last day of the Fashion Week. The Stree star looked dapper in a striped navy blue pantsuit paired with a white t-shirt. He was the showstopper for House of Lakme’s collaboration with Park Avenue. Rajkummar Rao’s outfit was a lesson in how to ace an official casual look with utmost ease. Check out the video below:

The Lakme Fashion Week 2023 began on 11 October and came to an end on 15 October. Day 5 of the event also saw an outstanding collection by acclaimed designers including Sanjukta Dutta, De Belle, TATWAMM, Paulmi, Harsh Label DeBelle, Payal Singhal and Bibhu Mohapatra. Aside from Rajkummar Rao, celebs such as Kriti Karbanda, Adah Sharma, Diana Penty, and Ananya Panday walked the ramp as showstoppers during the last day of the fashion show. Talking during the event, Rajkummar Rao told ANI, “I’m in love with what I’m wearing I think Park Avenue is coming up with their new clothing range which is a city casual as you can see it is very cool and very comfortable. It’s a very soft fabric. I have to be comfortable in whatever I’m wearing.” Rajkummar Rao’s professional commitments Meanwhile, shifting our focus to his professional lineup, Rajkummar Rao will next grace the silver screens with Sharan Sharma’s biographical drama Mr and Mrs Mahi. The project will chronicle the journey of the former India cricket caption, Mahendra Singh Dhoni and his better half Sakshi Dhoni. Rajkummar Rao will be seen sharing the screen with Janhvi Kapoor in his next. Mr and Mrs Mahi is slated to hit the silver screens on 15 March, 2024. Furthermore, Rajkummar Rao will also be seen fronting Raaj Shaandilyaa’s directorial Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video. Tripti Dimri has been roped in as the leading lady of the drama. Rajkummar Rao also has the highly awaited sequel, Stree 2 in the lineup. Just like the first, Shraddha Kapoor will also be a part of the second installment of the series.
