Kylie Jenner, Rob Kardashian sue Blac Chyna for assault, claim she attempted to 'shake down' family

A lawsuit has been filed by Rob Kardashian and his sister Kylie Jenner against his ex-fiancée Blac Chyna. It states that Chyna tried to choke Kardashian with an iPhone chord when the couple was having an intense fight in December 2016. They have also accused her of deliberately attempting “to extort the Kardashian family for her own monetary gains” and claim that they “endured several months of injuries”. Rob Kardashian has claimed that Chyna was under the influence of drugs and alcohol when she assaulted him. He also said that she was on a video call with his friends before the assault took place, and that she was “carelessly playing” with his gun, unaware of whether it was loaded. The lawsuit additionally claims that Chyna’s decision to have Kardashian’s baby was “an outright fraud” meant to shake down the Kardashian family. They have also branded her a stripper who created the reputation of a money-hungry pseudo-celebrity. Blac Chyna’s lawyer has claimed that she is “resolved to get justice” against Kardashian and her ex-sister-in-law Kylie Jenner. Previously, she sued him for leaking naked pictures of her and for assaulting her.
