Kriti Sanon on feeling 'frustrated' earlier in Bollywood: 'Seeing faces from film background having not done anything made me…'

Kriti Sanon began her career with Heropanti in 2014 and ever since then, has had her share of ups and downs. This year, she has scored two consecutive hits with Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya and Crew. The actress will complete a decade in the Hindi film industry this year and in an interview, spoke about her experiences and journey so far.

She told Pinkvilla, “There was a phase where I was just very restless because I knew that I had way more potential than what I could portray in the opportunities that I had in front of me.” Sanon explained that she wanted something substantial to showcase her talent. The Crew star said, “I wanted something where I could just show my potential as an actor way more.”

Sanon added, “At that point, I was also seeing some new faces, some of them belonging to the film background, coming in having not done anything and getting opportunities that I was like, how.”

Kriti Sanon has emerged as a formidable force and has established herself in the industry as a talented and versatile actor. Her recent portrayal in the film “Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya” alongside Shahid Kapoor has not only showcased her acting prowess but has also garnered immense appreciation from audiences for her role as Sifra.
