Koffee with Karan Season 5: Next episode with Kapil Sharma seems like a laugh riot

After a cerebral exchange of ideas and inspirations between prominent filmmakers of the Hindi film industry, the next episode of Koffee with Karan Season 5 seems to be on a completely different tangent. Hotstar[/caption] There were reports of the episode of Sharma getting dropped from the show. As per a report by The Indian Express, a tiff was reported between Sharma and the host of Koffee with Karan, filmmaker Karan Johar. When the two were co-hosting a recent award function, Sharma cracked a joke on Johar and jokingly rubbished him as ‘his assistant’, which did not go down well with the filmmaker. However, Star World has released the Koffee Tease for the next episode that features Sharma. It will be quite interesting to see Sharma subjected to the tough questions as usually, he is on the other side asking them on The Kapil Sharma Show.  The Koffee Tease shows Sharma at his witty usual though we have seen better of him, which may surface when the episode airs. In the teaser, he hints at the tweet he addressed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi last year that caused major backlash. When he complained of the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) officials asking him to pray bribe, a case was eventually filed against him for not complaining about a corrupt official to the concerned authority. Also, since Koffee with Karan is an English show, Sharma is also seen struggling with the language, both in a normal conversation and when Johar asks him to translate the titles of a few English films to Hindi. It looks like it will be more of Hindi than English in this one, a rare exception that was also seen in the episode featuring Rakhi Sawant on Season 1. Watch the Koffee Tease here.
