Former Bigg Boss contestant and TV actress Kishwer Merchant and beau, fellow actor-singer Suyyash Rai’s wedding is among the more high profile ones in the television industry this year.

The duo are tying the knot on Friday, 16 December 2016, after a six-year long relationship.

Several leading actors from the TV industry had their nuptials this year, including Divyanka Tripathi-Vivek Dahiya, Aman Verma-Vandana Lalwani, Ravish Desai-Mugdha Chaphekar.

Suyyash and Kishwer’s wedding was supposed to be a low-key affair, but the images that fans have been circulation on social media indicate that the celebrations so far haven’t been devoid of fun. In fact, the couple’s followers on social media even came up with the hashtag #SukishKiShaadi with which they’ve been tagging all updates pertaining to the wedding.

“We have been planning this wedding for a long time and it is about time we got married. It is a dream come true for me, because I am seven years older to Suyyash and we are really looking forward to the big day,” Kishwer told Hindustan Times , in an interview. “It will be a normal court wedding followed by a reception.”
