Akshay Kumar's upcoming film Kesari with Parineeti Chopra, based on the Battle of Saragarhi, will arrive in cinema halls on 21 March

Akshay Kumar's upcoming film Kesari with Parineeti Chopra, based on the Battle of Saragarhi, will arrive in cinema halls on 21 March. The actors released the first look of the film along with the release date.
While Akshay looks tough in his kurta and turban, Parineeti is demure in a pink kurta and blue phulkari dupatta. Both the actors shared their respective looks from the film from their Twitter handles.

The movie is produced by Cape of Good Hope Films and Karan Johar's Dharma Productions. Anurag Singh has directed the film.
As reported earlier, Kumar will be essaying the role of Havaldar Ishar Singh, a military commander of 21 Sikh soldiers who fought thousands of Afghani invaders on 12 September, 1897.
