Kala Chashma: Katrina Kaif, Sidharth Malhotra unveil new song from 'Baar Baar Dekho'

The promotions for the upcoming film Baar Baar Dekho kicked off with the film’s lead pair — Katrina Kaif and Sidharth Malhotra — sharing the first look of their first song, ‘Kala Chashma’ on their Twitter account. Said to be a party song, it will apparently be a remix version of Amar Arshi’s Punjabi chartbuster, ‘Tenu Kala Chashma Jajta Ve’, of the 2000s . In the picture released on Twitter, Sidharth and Katrina look stunning in a desi avatar and sport the ‘kala chashma’ of the song title. Going away from the norm, the film will be launching a song before releasing the trailer. Composed and remixed by Badshah and choreographed by Bosco- Caesar, the song will be released on 27 July.

Katrina and Sidharth ensured they shared the ‘Kala Chashma’ look on their social media accounts. Producer Karan Johar added to the curiosity around the song with his announcement on Twitter.

Sidharth Malhotra had earlier shared the first look of the film on his Instagram account.

Directed by Nitya Mehra, Baar Baar Dekho is said to be a romantic- comedy, where the romance will span over three decades. The film is set to release on 9 September.
