Jolly LLB 2 box office collection: Akshay Kumar's film continues to roll even on fourth weekend
Jolly LLB 2 also became the third film of 2017 to make it to the Rs 100 crore club, after Raees and Kaabil.
Mumbai: Actor Akshay Kumar's courtroom drama Jolly LLB 2, which is being loved by the audience for its satirical take on the judicial system in the country, has collected Rs 114.37 crore at the domestic box office till its fourth weekend.
Koimoi.com reports that the Kumar-starer has raked in Rs 1.50 crore even on its fourth weekend, despite competition from Deven Bhojani's action flick Commando 2 and Vishal Bhardwaj's period romantic war drama Rangoon that released this past Friday and last Friday respectively.
With Shashan Khaitan's romantic comedy Badrinath Ki Dulhania slated to release this Friday, the lifetime collection of Jolly LLB 2 is expected to be at least Rs 115 crore.
Directed by Subhash Kapoor, the film released on 10 February and is a sequel of the 2013 film Jolly LLB. Now, a sequel to Jolly LLB 2 has also been announced.

We are thankful to director Subhash Kapoor for his brilliant script which reinforces that audiences will embrace good content always," Singh added.
This marks Kumar's fourth consecutive Rs 100 crore club film, following Raja Krishna Menon's Airlift, Tinu Suresh Menon's Rustom and Sajid-Farhad's Houseful 3 last year.
Jolly LLB 2 features Akshay as lawyer Jagdishwar Mishra aka Jolly from Kanpur who practices law in Lucknow. Apart from Akshay, Jolly LLB 2 also features Annu Kapoor, Huma Qureshi and Saurabh Shukla.
