Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawan, which was released just two days ago, on 7 September, is coming up with new twists and stories with each passing day. The film, which stars Vijay Sethupathi, Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani, Sunil Grover and Riddhi Dogra in prominent roles, has impressed the audience with special appearances by Bollywood actors. The Atlee directorial, which seeks applause for its gripping storyline, power-packed action stunts and a powerful music composition, sees actor Sanjay Dutt in addition to Deepika Padukone giving a cameo.
Among other factors, the inclusion of Bollywood’s Khalnayak in the action thriller’s plot has brought weight to the story. Dutt, who debuted with Rocky in 1981, has portrayed a variety of roles over the years, ranging from the heartbroken lover to the menacing villain. In the action drama Jawan, he will be seen playing a cop, who is sent to negotiate with the anti-hero (Shah Rukh Khan as Azad). Addressing the same, fans took to social media to share spoilers and laud Dutt’s performance simultaneously.
A user commented, “Jawan: The cinematography was very exemplary. VFX was amazing in most shots, but prison shots looked very fake. Surprise cameo by Sanjay Dutt was amazing.”
