Shosei added, “India has such a vibrant culture and kind people. From the moment we landed, everyone has been so welcoming. Saying ‘Namaste’ and seeing the smiles it brought was a very special moment for me. I feel a strong bond with our Indian fans already.”

The duo also took time to explore Indian culture, expressing admiration for its traditions, cuisine, and warmth. Their humble gestures especially greeting fans with folded hands in a heartfelt “Namaste” won hearts on social media, where clips of their interactions quickly went viral.

This visit marks a significant milestone for JO1 as they continue to expand their international footprint. For Indian fans, it was not just a star encounter, it was the beginning of a cultural exchange built on music, respect, and love.

With promises of returning for larger events in the future, JO1’s first visit to India has set the stage for a deeper connection between the group and their Indian fanbase. The trip reaffirmed that while languages may differ, the language of music and emotions unites us all.

Their new single called “Handz In My Pocket” is set to release worldwide on September 26th with a subsequent music video set to be released on September 29th this year.
