It wouldn’t be a complete error of judgment to say this has been Anushka Sharma’s year. She turned produced with the popular slasher film NH10, played the bold and different Rosie Noronha in Anurag Kashyap’s passion project Bombay Velvet and was also a part of Zoya Akhtar’s ensemble hit Dil Dhadakne Do. Screengrab from the video.[/caption] Some may say she’s had a bit of an image makeover. From playing the same kind of ‘bubbly’ roles, she’s finally breaking away and experimenting, and may we say, about time. However, the actresses recently tweeted out a video of her singing Adele’s Rolling In The Deep with the hashtag #throwback and it giving us serious nostalgia of the bad*ss Band Baaja Baraat Anushka.
found gold ! Unabashed bad singing with no fear OR concern for the health of peeps around #ThrowBack pic.twitter.com/kqahcAbVug

In the video, she is seen sitting on the table surrounded by a bunch of people. While playing the song on her phone, she sings along unabashedly, proving how she doesn’t care about how she sounds. If you’ve heard Adele’s masterpiece, you’d know it’s quite the dramatic song. The tweet has gotten over 400 re-tweets and 1500 favorites so far. It also caught composer Vishal Dadlani’s attention as well:
P.s: Even though the video is old, we’re loving the spunk, Anushka.
