As the release date for 2 States grows closer, which is based on Chetan Bhagat’s novel of the same name and starring Alia Bhatt and Arjun Kapoor, IIM-A students decided to do a flash mob celebrating the love story of one of their most famous alumnus. The plot of the film is located at IIM-Ahmedabad, where the two lead characters played Alia Bhatt and Arjun Kapoor meet and fall in love. The film and book are believed to be loosely based on Chetan Bhagat’s life. The flash mob which is set inside one of the classrooms, starts with the students dancing to the 2012 viral song, Kolaveri di. Frankly that is a bit strange since that song, is to put it mildly, a bit outdated and even as the students dance on their tables you can’t help but wonder why they have titled it 2 States Flash Mob at IIM A. It should be note that in the flash mob goes a little haywire in the middle and you’re not quite sure where the initial coordination disappears. It’s also a little odd when the two boys end up whacking each other in the middle. Watch the video below:
