IFFI 2023! Pankaj Tripathi on his film 'Kadak Singh': 'The people present at IFFI loved the film'

Streaming platform Zee5 launched the trailer of Kadak Singh at the International Film Festival of India recently. And it was nothing short of an enchanting affair that melded the soulful verses of Pankaj Tripathi’s poetry with the melodies of Shreya Ghoshal and Taba Chake. Music directed by Shantanu Moitra, the evening was a musical prowess. This collaboration, held at IIFI, set the stage for the anticipated release of the movie on ZEE5, leaving attendees spellbound with its celebration of cinematic artistry and creative brilliance.  Shreya Ghoshal  sang Tu Jo Hai while Taba Chake sang Aye Mere Dil which set a soul-touching backdrop for the film. That’s not all, Tripathi also spoke about the response the film received at the festival. He said, “The people present at IFFI loved the film and their lovely reaction has made me happy. It was an altogether a different experience, and I was very pleased with the outcome. At the screening someone also complimented my character, saying that every department should have a person like AK Srivastav and it was a very heart touching moment.” When asked what people will experience after watching the film, the actor revealed, “The exact emotion I felt after reading the script is what I hope the audience takes away. The family drama, this intense story, social message, etc., is what I believe the audience will take away after watching this film because all these emotions I have felt, and I believe the audiences will take the same message with them.”
