Rapper Honey Singh, better known in India now for his anti-women lyrics, sang for Anirudh Ravichandar, the composer of the viral Kolaveri song, for free. It’s a hip-hop number for his second release “Ethir Neechal”. Anirudh says that he chose the singer because he likes his music. “He’s a nice guy and a talented musician, and whether he is controversial or not, I respect him as a musician and that’s why I’ve worked with him,” says the composer in an interview to Chennai Times on Friday.
