From Shah Rukh Khan to Aamir Khan, Bollywood stars that became parents through IVF

Two years after he was shot dead, late singer Sidhu Moosewala’s parents became parents to a baby boy through the process of IVF. The late singer’s father confirmed the news through his social media handle as he shared a picture with the newborn baby.

There are many Bollywood celebrities that welcomed parenthood via the process of IVF (In-Vitro Fertilisation (IVF) and here are some of them:

Back in 2013, the Pathaan star welcomed his third child AbRam and said in a statement, “ Amidst all the noise that has going around, the sweetest is the one made our newborn baby, AbRam. He was born prematurely by several months, but has finally come home.”

Aamir Khan and ex-wife Kiran Rao welcomed Azad Rao Khan on December 5, 2011. In a statement, the actor was quoted saying, “This baby is especially dear to us because he was born to us after a long wait and some difficulty. We were advised to have a baby through IVF surrogacy, and we feel very grateful to the Almighty that all has gone well.”

The director and choreographer was blessed with triplets with her husband Shirish Kunder. She spoke about the process of IVF and said, “ When the choice is to either ho childless or IVF, there is no room for doubts. I was 43 when I had my kids and my biological clock had stopped ticking a long time ago.”

She’s a single mother and has made no bones about the fact that she too welcomed a baby boy through IVF

Another single parent is of the industry is Karan Johar. He welcomed Roohi and Yash in 2017 and said, “ My life changed since Roohi and Yash arrived. At 44, this is my biggest blockbuster. I still haven’t realized the enormity of what happened. They’re only two months old. And all they do is eat, sleep, burp, wail and poop….”
