Emma Watson or Hermione as we all know her, attended a special preview of the upcoming play Harry Potter and the Cursed Child at the Palace Theatre in London on Thursday. Following the show, she took out time to meet the cast and crew of the play, which according to her was 'perfect'.

The play was in the news previously because Noma Dumezweni, a black actress, was cast as a 19-years-later version of Hermione. Watson met and took pictures with Noma Dumezweni, the actress who portrays the grown-up version of our favourite smart witch. Watson praised Dumezweni's performance in the play, and said "Noma was everything I could ever hope she would be."

Here is Watson's Facebook post:

Watson even took to Twitter to espress her admiration for the adult version of herself with this tweet:

Dumezweni, 45, returned the sentiment in a series of tweets where she gushed about meeting Watson:

The play Harry Potter and the Cursed Child takes place 19 years after the events of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. The play is directed by Tony award winner John Tiffany and features music by the popular music composer Imogen Heap.

Watson will be seen next in Disney's live action movie Beauty and the Beast, which will release on 17 March, 2017.
