The letter was written just days before her marriage to actor Ranveer Singh.

In the letter, Padukone speaks about her initial struggles when she was diagnosed with anxiety and clinical depression, her foundation Live, Love, Laugh, and the importance of having each other’s backs in times of loneliness and darkness.
