Renowned for his comedy channel on YouTube ‘BB Ki Vines’, Bhuvan Bam is a comedian, writer, actor, and YouTuber. The popular comedian recently caught everyone’s attention for his high-profile real estate investment. CRE Matrix, a real estate data analytics firm, released a document suggesting that Bhuvan spent Rs 11 crores on a new lavish bungalow which is located in South Delhi’s affluent Greater Kailash area. Interestingly, this new bungalow, bought by Bhuvan is located near his family’s previous home.
Reportedly, the property was registered in Bhuvan’s name on August 7 last year after the completion of the sale deed. It involved a stamp duty payment of 77 lakhs. Located in Greater Kailash Part 3, the property acquired by Bhuvan Bam has a land area of 1,937 square feet and a total area of 2,233 square feet. This new bungalow is quite spacious and consists of a living room, four bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a designated dining area, a terrace, and a lush lawn. Furthermore, with ample parking for two cars, the property comes with a full security system.
Bhuvan’s lavish purchase in South Delhi is a testament to his success and acclaim as a comedian and entertainer. He has also joined the league of affluent people and celebrities investing in opulent and luxurious homes in the national capital.
