Titled Khoob Ladi Mardaani — Jhansi Ki Rani, the show will be aired on Colors with actress Anushka Sen playing the protagonist, reports Mumbai Mirror. The actress revealed that the show would focus on the teenage years of Manikarnika with a special emphasis on how she tackled British politics of the time as well as combated internal politics within her state. Sen and the Khoob Ladi Mardaani — Jhansi Ki Rani cast are undergoing strenuous training for the role. The actress is taking daily horse riding lessons for her role. The training began 10 days ago. “We are waking up at 6 am and hitting Juhu beach for the training. My fight master gave me the confidence to be self-assured in front of the horses so that I could ride them.” shared the actress.
