After the tremendous success of PK, Aamir Khan is gearing up to play the role of a wrestler in Nitesh Tiwari’s Dangal.  While Khan had already attempted getting ripped for his 2013 release, Dhoom:3, for his Dangal role he has already bulked up to almost 90 kilos. The actor was recently spotted at the DVD launch of PK, sporting huge biceps and looking much more buff than his usual self. Solaris Images[/caption] Khan is currently busy learning how to wrestle and how to speak Haryanvi, for his role. “I am learning wrestling and Haryanvi language for the film (‘Dangal’) and this preparation will continue for some months. Then we will start shooting for the film,” the actor told reporters at the DVD launch of PK. Dangal will apparently depict Khan as father of two young female wrestlers. According to a DNA report the film is based on the life of wrestler Mahavir Phogat, father of Indian women wrestlers Geeta and Babita Kumari Phogat. Given Khan’s perfectionist nature, chances are the actor will go to great lengths to get the look right. While an Aamir Khan starrer always makes its way to the most awaited movie list, there are many sports based films that are lining up for release in years to come. First in line is Sushant Singh Rajput starrer MS Dhoni biopic called M.S Dhoni - The Untold Story. Media reports also claim that several biopics are being contemplated on the life of India’s greatest hockey player Dhyan Chand. In fact, reports claim that Shah Rukh Khan is likely to portray Dhyan Chand’s character in one such film. Shah Rukh confirmed the news, saying “Yes, I have been approached for a movie based on the legendary Dhyan Chandji’s life. Hockey, as a sport, isn’t new to me since I have been an athlete throughout my school and college life, and I’ve played a lot, especially hockey.” In fact, very few know that SRK led the hockey team in his school. However, the details of Shah Rukh’s project are still under the wraps, while a couple of other biopics on Dhyan Chand are already underway. Also, reportedly track-and-field athlete PT Usha’s husband has  been approached with an offer of a biopic on Usha. The film is likely to show her journey from becoming the first Indian woman to reach the final of an Olympic event to  earning the maximum number of gold medals in a single track meet at the 1985 Asian Track and Field Meet.
