Charge sheet against Saif Ali Khan on wedding day?

According to a portal, Sify.com , Saif Ali Khan has been charge-sheeted by the Colaba police station for a brawl that had taken place at a city five star a while ago. Though the reports are not confirmed, nor details of the charge sheet revealed, the website claims that the Colaba police station might have presented Saif Ali Khan with the ultimate wedding gift! AFP.[/caption] “The police claim they are filing the charge sheet only now because the other people present at the time - Kareena, Karisma Kapoor, Malaika Arora, Amrita Arora and Shakeel Ladak - had not given their statements,” says the site. Earlier this year, a South African diplomat had lodged a complaint with the Colaba police station that he had been roughed up by Saif Ali Khan at the five star where they were having dinner. Reportedly, the diplomat had complained that Saif and his gang was making way too much noise to which Saif took offence, leading to a scuffle. Saif was arrested but was immediately released on bail.
