Tumhari Sulu song 'Manva Likes To Fly': Vidya Balan juggles personal, professional life

The last song of Suresh Triveni’s upcoming slice-of-life film Tumhari Sulu had Vidya Balan dancing to the tunes of the reprise version of Sridevi’s ‘Hawa Hawai.’ In the new song, ‘Manva Likes To Fly,’ Balan brings the same infectious energy to the table. Her professional achievements lend her a high that also seeps into her personal life as she is seen breaking into impromptu dances with her son and husband, played by Manav Kaul. She is also seen juggling plates filled with lip-smacking food as dexterously as she juggles her personal and professional life. After a long time, the listeners are reintroduced to the vocals of Shalmali Kholgade who injects boundless energy into the song. In fact, she sounds as animated and invigorated as Balan appears on the screen. Kholgade’s vocals are ably supported by Vayu’s cheeky lyrics and Tanishk Bagchi’s composition. The music composer effectively uses a classical string instrument to lend the song an air of feel-good mischief. Tumhari Sulu also stars Neha Dhupia and will mark the Bollywood debut of RJ Malishka. It is co-produced by Atul Kasbekar’s Ellipsis Entertainment, and Bhushan and Krishan Kumar’s T-Series Films. It is slated to release on 24 November, along with Rajiv Dhingra’s comedy Firangi.
