Karan Johar hardly ever shies away from controversy, whether it is the nepotism debate sparked off by Kangana Ranaut on his show Koffee With Karan, or his fight with long-time friend and collaborator Kajol. File Photo[/caption] He was recently interviewed by Neha Dhupia for her podcast called No Filter Neha, and he spoke about this fight, which he regretted bringing into the public eye. “When I look back, I’m like, maybe it was something that I should have kept to myself. I think there are certain relationships that are so sacred that when you hurt from them or you hold on to that pain, you keep a lot of those feelings to yourself and leave it to one on one discussions. I’ve probably made the mistake of going public and that is something that is out there, it’s archived and I can never take that away, and those feelings are what I did feel but maybe it should have been one on one. But both of us want that we can get back to where we were. I have too much love for her and we hope there is a 2.0 version of this friendship,” he reportedly said on the podcast. He also revealed that it was the birth of his twins that finally led to the end of this fallout. He personally sent pictures of them to the actress because he did not want her to find out how they looked in a magazine or newspaper. She, in turn, replied by telling him that she hopes they give him as much love as her children had given her.
