It's Hrithik Roshan vs Tiger Shroff in Siddharth Anand's next; YRF film will release in January 2019
Yash Raj Films has just pulled off a casting coup. In one of their upcoming films directed by Siddharth Anand, Tiger Shroff will be seen locking horns with his idol Hrithik Roshan.
The official handle of Aditya Chopra's production house broke the news on Twitter, confirming that the two stars will be pitted against each other in the film. Tiger also played along, tweeting that though he considers Hrithik his guru, he would show no restraint when they go against each other in the film.

Hrithik responded with an equally impactful tweet saying that the guru always has a few tricks up his sleeve that he does not pass on to his student. While their tweets were pushed out to build up hype around the film, they seemed to have succeeded as #HrithikVsTiger began trending on Twitter.

While this will be Tiger's first outing with Yash Raj Films and Siddharth, Hrithik has starred in the filmmaker's 2014 action comedy Bang Bang!. He has starred in a few outings of Yash Raj Films too, the most notable being Sanjay Gadhvi's 2006 action thriller Dhoom: 2.
On Monday, it was announced that Hrithik will also star in Vikas Bahl's Super 30, the biopic of Patna-based mathematician Anand Kumar. Also, Tiger announced on Tuesday that he has wrapped up the shooting of Ahmed Khan's action drama Baaghi 2 opposite Disha Patani.
Thus, it was just the right time to announce their next film on Wednesday. The film will release on 25 January, 2019.
